Staff augmentation is a model where RHvision places pre-vetted Latin American professionals directly inside your existing team, under your management, while RHvision handles contracting, payroll and compliance. Engagements usually start within two to three weeks and scale up or down monthly.

You keep technical direction, code ownership, tooling and rituals. RHvision absorbs sourcing, evaluation, local contracts, invoicing, payroll and the administrative side of cross-border hiring.

When staff augmentation is the right model
Choose staff augmentation when the roadmap is yours and you need execution capacity fast: a delivery deadline, a parallel workstream, a specialist skill missing for two quarters, or a hiring freeze on headcount but not on budget.
If instead you need an outcome delivered end to end with its own management layer, project outsourcing fits better. We say so openly when that is the case.
