Method
We begin by mapping the market: who holds equivalent responsibility today, in which companies, with what scope and compensation. That map is a deliverable in itself and often reshapes the role definition before the search starts.
Approach is direct and confidential. Candidates are assessed on leadership behaviour, track record against comparable mandates, and cultural alignment with the board or founding team.
Confidentiality
Replacement searches and first-time C-level hires are frequently sensitive. RHvision runs these mandates under NDA, without publishing the role and without disclosing the client until a candidate is qualified and mutually interested.
