How the screening works
AI narrows the universe; humans make the decision. Our models rank candidates against the role brief before a consultant runs the technical and cultural interview, so clients receive a short, defensible list instead of a queue of CVs.
Every shortlisted candidate arrives with a written evaluation covering technical depth, communication in English, seniority calibration and salary expectation in USD.
Typical timeline
Kick-off and role calibration take place in the first 48 hours. Sourcing and AI screening run through the first week, human interviews through the second, and a shortlist of three to five candidates is delivered by day 14 on most searches.
